The room was clean and spacious with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.While the amenities were enjoyable, the value proposition stood out to me. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were commendable, offering a good night's rest on solid boxspring beds. The proximity to the ski gondola and local amenities added to the appeal.Although I didn't have the chance to experience all the services, Universo's well-maintained facilities, comfortable beds, and convenient location make it a practical choice for those seeking a cozy retreat without breaking the bank. I would recommend Universo to travelers looking for a balanced mix of luxury and affordability in Serfaus.
